Welcome to SUNRISES Tailors & Garments. By engaging our online booking portals, bespoke tailor services, or placing custom couture orders, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Bespoke Custom Tailoring Agreement

Each garment is individually crafted according to user measurements or custom designs. Because of the hand-woven nature of wedding silk, wools, and hand-embroidered patterns (zardozi, threadwork), minor variations in texture, shade, or embellishment are natural characteristics of heritage craftsmanship and do not qualify as structural defects.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once fabric cutting, loom selection, or embroidery commences in our atelier, **custom bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded**. In-stock accessories or pret garments may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and retain original tags.

3. Atelier Sizing and Trial Sessions

Patrons are highly encouraged to attend scheduled trial fittings (Atelier Trials) at our flagship boutique. SUNRISES Tailors is not responsible for fit inaccuracies resulting from outdated measurement profiles or customer weight changes occurring post-final fitting sign-off.

4. Delivery Timeline parameters

Stitching and delivery durations are subject to complexity. While we strive to meet target fitting dates, shipping hand-overs can occasionally experience delays due to embroidery bottlenecks or shipping carrier factors. Standard transit calculations are handled via third-party providers.
